The foundation of Reishauer KK in 1995 set the right course to offer Japanese customers a local contact point, technical support and service, all in their language. Reishauer KK is located in Shin-Yokohama, close to Tokyo.
 
The main task of Reishauer KK is to offer service and technical support, the selling of new machines and to ensure that spare parts are stocked on site. Reishauer KK has a total staff of 18 full-time employees, including four sales engineers, six office staff responsible for administration, and eight service engineers that are solely responsible for new machine installations, operator & maintenance training and repairs.

In Japan, there are several hundred Reishauer machines in operation. All these machines produce, day in – day out, components for the automotive, truck, motorcycle, machine tool, printing, robot, and aerospace industry.

At any one time, there are sufficient spare parts in stock to rebuild several machine tools. This ensures that our service engineers can respond in a timely manner. As a rule, spare parts are delivered in less than 48 hours and can be paid for in Japanese yen. Furthermore, Reishauer KK keeps standard diamond dressing tools in stock. Additionally, grinding wheels are kept on stock, too, and can be profiled and supplied according to customer specifications within a few days.
