Reishauer at EMO 2025

With two innovations, we were able to welcome our guests at EMO 2025 in Hanover. The digitized version of our universal gear grinding machine has now also received the “4.0” designation in its name. It is now equipped with the user-friendly RSP touch display, which supports machine setup through a menu system with plausibility checks.

In addition to its highly flexible capabilities for machining a wide variety of gear types, it can now also be equipped with the ARGUS monitoring system.

As the latest development from Reishauer, the RS 300 hard gear skiving machine was introduced. Its core application is the economical machining of hardened internal gears up to a workpiece outer diameter of 300 mm. With the achievable gear quality, the RS 300 meets future requirements with even tighter tolerances, where maximum precision and minimal flank roughness are of particular importance.

This allows all gears of modern traction drives to be hard finished on Reishauer machines.
