The Reishauer Hard Skiving
As the latest development from Reishauer, we present the RS 300 hard gear skiving machine, completing our range of gear machines. This allows all gears of modern traction drives to be hard finished on Reishauer machines.
Reishauer, as a leader in gear technology, possesses the necessary expertise to make this process both efficient and economical. In particular, the profound knowledge from our in-house tool manufacturing, combined with decades of expertise in designing and building gear finishing machines, enables us to deliver exceptional results. This synergy enables perfect tool coordination, which is especially crucial in hard gear skiving.
User-friendly and intuitive menu navigation thanks to the RSP touchscreen display
The universal machines of the RZ 410 – RZ 1000 series have been meeting the demand for high-precision machining of large-sized gears for many years, with a maximum workpiece diameter of up to 1,000 mm, depending on the model. The strength of these machines lies in the flexibility of their machining capabilities and the wide range of applications.
With the continuous development of the Reishauer RZ 410 4.0, we combine these features with the efficiency enhancements made possible by digitalization. In the case of frequently recurring small and medium batch sizes in particular, the time-saving option of retrieving previously used setup data from internal or external data sources offers ample leverage to increase the productivity of your production process.
Reishauer’s Generation 4.0 uses the latest technologies and is therefore set to remain the benchmark in gear manufacturing for many years to come. Based on the future-proof technology platform Reishauer RSP and the Sinumerik One controller, production processes can be managed in a stable manner, setups can be effectively supported, and productive operating times can be extended.

EMO takes place at the exhibition grounds in Hannover. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Your admission ticket also serves as a public transport pass for Hannover and the surrounding region during EMO. Further organizational information is available on the EMO website.
